Domados’ epic story begins with the current owners’ grandfather, who emigrated from Italy and planted his
vineyards in the 1920s using his old world experience. Subsequent generations have planted additional vineyards
on their rocky and arid soil, with the most recent in 1990. They focus on highlighting the terroir of the region,
and their varietals have a characteristic mineral note that complements the fruit.
